Ben Sahar (of Chelsea, on loan to Portsmouth) is suing the Moldovan FA after he tripped on a sprinkler during an international game last month. With just four minutes of play, the Israeli international stumbled over the watering system that hadn’t been properly removed from the pitch before the game began. The injury required eleven stitches and a three-week recovery. The Israeli FA are also taking action.
