Manchester United Stars Play in Reserves on Recovery
Rio Ferdinand, Wes Brown and Anderson were all back for the Red Devil's reserve squad last week. Didn't deem it necessary to provide a picture of Anderson, I mean, really.

Sol Campbell Weds Girlfriend, Fiona
The happy couple were glad to pose blissfully for the cameras upon exiting St Andrew’s Church in Corbridge, Northumberland. Rio Ferdinand and wife, Rebecca were in attendance. Why hello, Rio. You are looking exceedingly dapper in that beige get up of yours. Lovely, just lovely.
Former Arsenal teammate, Ashley Cole also showed up. It was reported that while entering the church, Ashley was booed. (This season is going to be interesting...)

What I find most entertaining about this red carpet is that Coleen left the price stickers on her new Christian Louboutin Maggie pumps. Oh the hilarity.

Chelsea Lads Attend Tony Carr Testimonial
Joe Cole, Frank Lampard and John Terry were present for the Tony Carr Testimonial during which the best of West Ham's recruits took on the current squad. Although the Chelsea boys didn't play, they signed autographs and posed for some lovely photos.
Rio Ferdinand and his brother Anton both played in the match.
Frank Lampard Snr. was also there to honour his old friend, Carr.

James Corden returns for Sport Relief this year with Manchester United. He puts some select members of the squad through their paces with an interesting step-aerobic workout. Looks like it's going to be a good one. Can't wait.

Footballers are Idiots: Drugs, Violence, and Speed
Adrian Mutu failed another drug test. The level of his stupidity never ceases to astound me.
Rio Ferdinand received a four match ban for violent conduct. Seeing that he returned from injury like 5 seconds ago, I'm sure United fans are thrilled.
And lastly, Ashley Cole is going to be suspended from driving for four months after getting stopped for going over 100 mph in a 50mph speed zone in his Lamborghini Gallardo. He blamed his behavior on the fact that he was attempting to escape the paparazzi. Well, sucks for you mate. Looks like you're going to be carpooling with one of your teammates who also lives in Oxshott. (I suggest JT, so at least you know he's not at your place after training...)
