Mate Date: Jenas Brings Keane to Training

So Jermaine Jenas drove Robbie Keane to his old stomping grounds in Chigwell, Essex this morning. Wonder if there's an explanation for this? Did Jenas think Keane might get lost on his way there? Or perhaps Keane needed Jenas' moral support for his return to Tottenham's training ground? Did they do lunch afterward? Was there skipping and hand-holding? So many questions!

Jenas even got some video time when journos stopped his car outside the training ground to talk to Robbie. He was nice enough to sit their quietly and ignore the fact that they were interrupting his mate date.

Mate Date: Nani and C-Ron Birthday Blowout

I know I’m not the only ones to see the dirty potential in this picture, but I’m going to take the high road, or at least one that’s higher than the low one.

Mate Date: Frank Lampard and Kevin Pietersen

Whether it was just friendly banter or giddy cooing, Frank Lampard and England criketer Kevin Pietersen were chatting it up at a cafe on Kings Road in West London on June 24th. Pietersen also joined the Chelsea lads on their night out to the Funky Buddha after beating Fenerbahce at Stamford Bridge in their run to the UEFA Champions League Final. Perhaps Lampsy has a bit of a man crush on his cricketing idol.
