Sara Carbonero's Presence at Spain Matches Causing Dramz

Everyone needs to just shut up and let this chick do her job. Did Casillas make a massive mistake? No. The trouble is at the other end. So lets stop blaming poor Pastasauce Sara.

But that won't stop us from judging her ridiculously dreadful fashion sense.

Liverpool's Spanish Players Learn to Cook

Spanish players, Fernando Torres, Xabi Alonso, Pepe Reina and Albert Riera of Liverpool, have begun taking Japanese cooking lessons as a form of relaxation. Seriously? Could they pick something a little more feminine? Why not relax with some video games like everyone else. Tarts.

Sergio Ramos, Seriously Un-cool Dude

I understand that certain cultures have different traditions in celebrating popular holidays like Christmas, but this is just ridiculous. (And totally not P.C.)

How did Sergio get talked into doing such a thing? I’m adding him to my list of people that need me as their personal assistant.

Fabregas Needs Tending, Anyone?

I'm sure there are ladies standing in line to tend to the injured Spanish international. I swear footballers get photographed in crutches so we see them as these weak beings that need taking care of and constant attention. Selfish bastards. Smart move. They know all too well that we can't say no.

Fabregas Out Three to Four Months

The Spanish lad’s knee injury, sustained after a bad tackle from fellow international Xabi Alonso, will keep him out of competition until April. This will come as a big blow for both Arsenal in their quest to return to form in the league, and also Spain’s World Cup qualification. Xabi has come out and wished Cesc a speedy recovery. Too little, too late there mate.

P.S. The compression shorts in this picture make me cry a little on the inside.

Hump Day Celebration: Barely Legal Posting

After much anticipation and pain-staking research, I give you, what I assume, is the closest thing to unpostable without age verification that I can get away with. I probably should have saved these and had three weeks worth of Hump Days, but instead I shall combine them all into one! LUCKY YOU!

Does this really need any explanation? (Well besides that fact that he's barely legal and someone probably should have arrested me a LONG time ago. I kid.)

He sure seems to be pretty upset about something, but I'm not really looking much at his face...

If you don't get this, you really shouldn't be here. (Yoann Gourcuff is my of-the-moment crush right now.)

You're VERY welcome.

Fernando Torres Out Until New Year

fernando torres hammy

Although originally predicted to be out for only a couple of weeks, Fernando Torres is facing a month on the sidelines, as suggested by a Spanish specialist (say that ten times fast), while he thoroughly rests a hamstring injury picked up in the Champions League match against Marseille. Of course, Rafa is blaming the Spanish National team and their training procedures. Surprise, surprise.

Man City Ask Casillas to Join Them

iker casillas man city

The new Premier League big spenders, Manchester City have made an attempt to coax Real Madrid and Spain goalkeeper, Iker Casillas, to come to northern England. Not surprisingly, he said he wouldn't leave the two-time La Liga champions for a club that is barely keeping themselves in the middle of the Premier League table. I must admit that I think the Manchester City owners are leaning towards delusional in attmepting to get Casillas out of Spain.

They offered him £128million, which would come to an annual salary of £11million and a weekly pull of £230,000. That would make him the highest paid player in the world. Don't get me wrong, I think he's worth it, but Manchester City are in major denial if they think they can get him to come to the club with just money in mind. Needless to say, Iker and his agent rejected the bid and now Man City won't even have an opportunity to seek a formal bid with Real Madrid. Wishful thinking though guys.

Girls Aloud launched their autobiography, Dreams That Glitter, at Waterstone’s yesterday. They all look pretty fab I think.

Wayne Rooney shaved his head while on England duty. My guess… Rio did it.

Alex Gerrard attends re-launch of H Bar in Liverpool. Unfortunately she’s wearing pleather pants with zipper pockets and looks like she had to actually wait in the queue with the wee people (a.k.a. normal citizens). Both utter travesties.

Finally someone who knows what they’re talking about.

C-Ron needs to invest in some decent antiperspirant.
