Fernando and Olalla Have a Baby Girl

Her name is Nora and she was 3 kilos, 7 grams at birth. Olalla did a natural birth and is resting happily with her family. For further details, check out Kickette's updates.

Abbey Clancy's Bikini Issues

I'm guessing that the fact that Abbey's right boob is falling out isn't really bothering Crouchy all that much.

Gerrard Signs New Liverpool Contract

The 29-year-old Liverpool captain and icon signed a £25million four-year contract to keep him at the club until 2013. Although the deal was agreed upon back in April, the contract wasn't signed until Stevie G returned back to training after summer break.

Wedding Bells: Pato and Sthefany

The groom wore white. Not necessarily a good choice...

The bride chose a Dolce & Gabbana gown. (Clad with lots of tool and frilly bits.)

Kaka and Caroline were present.

According to Kickette:

"Guests got into the ceremony using a digital microchip that was concealed in their invitations. Once they arrived at the Copacabana Palace for the reception, they were electronically identified by a video system that announced their name and invited them in. The invitations cost £40,000.
"

That is spectacular. Crazy expensive, yes, but utterly spectacular still.

Guests left with a pair of Havianas with "The" (for S'the'fany) and "Ale" (for Alexandre). Apparently these two have never been to a freaking pub.

can't remember where I got some of these, most are from Kickette

It looks like Michael's shirt got washed in atrociousness and then beat with an ugly stick.

Michael Owen Signs for Manchester United

...Huh? Wasn't expecting that one.

He arrived in a fancy BMW...

Signed a fancy contract...

Then waved a scarf around a bit.

Good for him. He should do well next to Rooney. Hopefully.

Cheryl Cole's B-Day

So Cheryl turned 26 on June 30th. She celebrated the day(s) quite a bit. She went out the night before in a shimmery jacket.

Hubs, Ashley came to the set of X-Factor to celebrate the special day with her. Even bringing a cute little doggie cake and flowers for his beautiful wife.

Then the two went out to dinner where Cheryl was scantily clad in a frontless mini-dress. Daring move.

Chelsea's 09-10 Away Kit

OK, so I'm kind of in love with it. I may even like it more than the home kit. (Not that that's going to stop me from buying both of them of course.)

Beckham Family Holiday in France

Did you know that David apparently named Cruz after his Hollywood bestie Tom Cruise? I don't really think it's true, but it's on the internet, so I'll leave it up to you to decide.

God, these little boys are just too darn adorable!

WTF Moment: USA Beat Spain 2-0

I'm sure there was much money lost on this Confederations Cup match. Who could have expected that the EURO winners would lose to the country with probably the least amount of footie interest. Kind of a slap in the face, ay? Ouch.

Jozy Altidore and Clint Dempsey were the scorers for the United States. And now I shall give you some pictures from the match (snarky comments included, of course):

Both teams had some very attractive players...

The U.S. players were ecstatic after the win. There was much hugging and even some straddling...

The Spainards, on the other hand, were very sad. So very sad...
