Dutchmen Arrive for Training

Newly signed AC Milan striker, Klaas-Jan Huntelaar arrived to train with the Dutch international squad in the typical footballer combination of jeans, t-shirt, and grandpa sweater.


In training, Rafael van der Vaart looked to be suppressing a laugh while Ryan Babel looked on.

Birthday Wishes: December 19th and 20th

Ryan Babel turned 22 yesterday. The Dutchmen is supposedly attempting to get a loan back to Ajax, but to no avail.


Ashley Cole is 28 today. After a rough year, at least on a personal level, I'm sure he's hoping that he can put the age of 27 behind him.

Babel Begs For Ajax Return

After being disappointed with his lack of first team play, Ryan Babel attempted to engineer a loan move back to Ajax. He spoke to Ajax himself and ran the idea of him joining them on loan and the reaction was enthusiastic. But when he brought the idea to Liverpool they were not so fond of the idea. In other words, Rafa Benitez gave a big ol’ "NAY NAY" to the thought of Babel going anywhere. (Because god forbid he’d get off the bench.) He’s had a total of 17 appearances this season, in all competitions, most of them as substitutions. You go boy! You are so much better than this!

Danielle Lloyd Bags Sixth Baller Beau

Apparently Danielle Lloyd and Ryan Babel were snuggling up at Mayfair the other night. Wonder if it's true and/or looking like something that will last more than a month. I'm thinking both are doubtful.
