Frank scored the controversial second goal. Apparently Nani was down, and the official should have stopped, but I say nay nay.
In the end, pks were required, and Chelsea were finally successful with 2 saves from Petr Cech. They hadn't won a penalty shoot-out since like 1998 or something.
