The Everton striker lost control of his £170,000 Ferrari 458 before crashing into a fence in Cheshire on Sunday night.

But he was deemed fit to face Reading last night in an FA Cup match which saw the Royals beat out the Premier League side to progress to the quarter-finals.

Steven Pienaar Sued By Ex for "Breaking Promise"

The Everton and South African star met Danielle Steeneveld two years ago. He had apparently promised to marry Steeneveld, his baby mama, but the relationship ended and she moved back to South Africa with his daughter, Skyla, who bears his surname. Now she's suring him for £850,000, because he broke the promise of marriage. My thoughts, if this promise wasn't made in writing with signatures from both Pienaar and Steeneveld, plus a witness, there isn't much evidence that will support the case. Also, who's paycheck side do you think they will stand by? Yeah, that's what I thought.

Moyes v. Anichebe: Everton Unrest

Some unrest has come to Everton at Finch Farm before their derby clash in the FA Cup replay this evening against Liverpool. David Moyes and Victor Anichebe were in a training ground altercation yesterday which consisted of some harsh language (not suitable for those under 13), ripping of clothing, and the eventual boot from training for Anichebe. Apparently the manager wasn't thrilled his the Nigerian's attitude, so instead he gave him some. Makes sense, no?
