Cheryl looked adorable in this orange pleated georgette dress from the Versus Fall 2010 collection.

The X-Factor team arrived by helicopter on the next day of auditions.


That is some serious neckware, Cheryl.

Cheryl Cole and Derek Hough Enjoy a Tanzanian Holiday

Between the X-Factor auditions in Birmingham and London, Cheryl found the time to take a brief holiday to Tanzania with dancer "friend," Derek Hough.



Upon her return, she looked slightly tanner, which confirms she did indeed leave her hotel room/beach bungalow at some point. (If you know what I mean...)

Still visible was her "Mrs. C" tattoo. This is totally one of those lessons to learn from.

Cheryl Cole in Glasgow and Birmingham for X-Factor

In Glasgow, she wore this adorable leopard dress which is from Pink Label London by Charlotte Olympia and the shoes are Christian Louboutin.


On the first day in Birmingham she chose, what appears to be, silver leather pants and a chiffon blazer that she paired with a pair of studded Louboutins.

And on day two, she wore a gold Missoni dress with gladiator-style heels.

Cheryl Cole Files for Divorce

While Cheryl Cole was briefly back in London to perform at Radio 1's Big Weekend, she took the time to file for divorce siting Ashley's "unreasonable behavior" as the cause.

She also had time to stop at the dentist. Nothing says "f**k you" more than a huge pearly white smile.

Cheryl Cole Works the De Grisogono Party in Cannes

She had a sound-check and a rehearsal in this adorable jumpsuit.

Then she attended the de Grisogono party in this fabulous Roberto Cavalli. She performed for the dinner guests and enjoyed a lovely meal as well.



At the after-party she cozied up to will.i.am and had a laugh whilst enjoying a few cocktails.
